We guarantee that the animals you buy from us will arrive alive,
healthy, and exactly as we have described them. Buyers have a 24
hour period, from the time of arrival, to inspect the snakes. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at our
expense for a replacement or refund. After this 24 hour period,
all sales are final.

| Payment: |
At this time, we accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money
orders, and all major credit cards. Personal checks must clear
before we will ship your animals. Credit card payment may be
made through PayPal.

| Shipping: |
We ship in the USA only via FedEx (overnight to your door to
most locations) or Delta Dash (same day to your local airport).
You pay only the actual shipping costs, there is no extra fee for your
insulated box and heat pack (when needed)!
